Hair Idol: Maxwell (Back in the Day)
Maxwell is an American R&B artist. He played an important role in the development of the soul sub-genre, neo-soul. Seriously, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who claimed themselves as a “fan” or R&B or “neo-soul” who didn’t know who he was or wasn’t a fan.
Now, I specified “back in the Day” in the title of this post because he doesn’t sport this ‘fro anymore. He looks much more like the photo below. Which is still NICE…But I like the fro more.
